Currently, we ship all our products exclusively within India.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Cost: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India. There are no hidden charges.

Standard Delivery Time: Usually takes 3–5 business days for delivery after the order has been processed.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier partner issues.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation message/email containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Crusmetic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If you receive a product that is damaged or leaking, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy regarding the mandatory unboxing video.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
