Return and Refund Policy
At Crusmetic, we strive to provide high-quality skincare and chemical peel products. Since our products are for personal care and hygiene, we have a specific policy to ensure safety for all our customers.
1. Return Window
Items must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
Due to the sensitive nature of chemical peels and cosmetic products, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect upon arrival.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Mandatory Requirement: You must provide an unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery to claim a return or refund for damaged or leaked items.
3. How to Start a Return
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Do not open the product seal or use the item.
Send the unboxing video and photos of the damage to our WhatsApp at 7597091357 or email us at crusmetic@gmail.com.
Our team will review the evidence and provide a resolution within 24–48 hours.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
For damaged or incorrect items, Crusmetic will bear the return shipping costs.
For any other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
